Biography

Dr Neda Nikolić was born on 1975 in Obrenovac. In the year 2000, she graduated from the Faculty of Management in Belgrade with an average grade of 9.36. In the academic year 2005/2006, she enrolled in master's studies at the Technical Faculty in Čačak and successfully passed the exams provided in the curriculum with an average grade of 9.50. She defended her master's thesis in January 2009. and obtained the title: Master of Technical Sciences, field of Industrial Management. She defended her doctoral dissertation in 2016 at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. Since 2000. she has worked as a manager in a recycling company and as a professor of economics subjects in a high school in Lučani, and since 2004, she has been the financial director of the textile company Spirit Evolution in Arilje.

She has been employed at the Technical Faculty in Čačak since 2006. In the academic year 2007/2008, she was an associate at the Department of Industrial Management for conducting exercises in the narrow scientific field of Entrepreneurial Economics. In June 2008, she was elected as a Teaching Assistant Trainee in the narrow scientific field of Management and Business, and from September 1, 2010, she was employed as an assistant in the narrow scientific field of Management and Business. In 2017, she was elected as an Assistant Professor.

She is a member of the Teaching-Scientific Council of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Čačak. She was secretary of the Department of Industrial Management, a member of the Self-Evaluation Commission and a member of the Library Commission of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Čačak. She is the president of the scientific sector of the Serbian Association for Recycling, Decontamination, and Demolition. She is a member of the Scientific-Professional Society for Risk Management in Emergency Situations, Belgrade. She is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Disaster Risk Management.
