BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION 

Nikola Radosavljević was born in Čačak where he completed secondary education at the Economic School Čačak majoring in Financial Administration, with excellent success.

 

He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, the study program: Entrepreneurial Management, with an average grade 9.46 (out of 10). He defended his final thesis titled "Methods and Techniques of Change Management" with a grade of 10 and obtain the title of Bachelor of Management. Concurrently with his studies, he completed professional internships, training, and work at the company Docus Information Systems Čačak, gaining over 3.5 years of experience in the industry in the field of business digitalization for small and medium-sized enterprises and participation as a bidder in public procurements of ICT equipment.

 

He obtained his master’s academic education at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak,  the study program: Entrepreneurial Management, with an average grade 10.00 (out of 10). He defended his master's thesis "Development of a Model for Applying Entrepreneurial Attributes that Determine the Competitiveness of Domestic Enterprises in the Moravica District" with a grade of 10 and obtain the title of Master of Management.

 

He is currently a phd student at the Faculty of Economics Kragujevac, the study program: Economy, specializing in Business Management.

WORK EXPERIENCE

During the period 2018-2021 he was employed at Docus Information Systems company on digitization of small and medium-sized enterprises and participating as a bidder in Public procurement of ICT equipment.

 

From 2021 to today he is engaged at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, at the beginning as an teachnig assistant trainee and from from Sept 2024 to today as a teaching assistant.

 

During the period march - october 2023 he was engaged at Science and Technology Park Čačak as coordinator of Regional Innovation Startup Center Čačak.

PROJECTS 

During 2018, as a student associate, he participated in the project "Interactive Business Information Platform and a New Model for Implementing Innovative Solutions" organized by the Science and Technology Park Čačak and the Business Union 2000.

 

During 2021, as an associate of the expert team of the company Dokus Information Systems, he participated in the project "SMEs Digital" organized by the Science and Technology Park Čačak.

 

During 2023, he participated in the GreenTech startup program as a lecturer and mentor to startup teams, which was implemented as part of the project "Promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and startups in the field of innovative technologies and green economy"

 

During 2024, as a member of the project team and startup mentor, he participated in the Program for the Formation and Development of Innovation Incubators in Scientific and Research Organizations (SRO) in the Republic of Serbia, which was funded by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation and within which the Innovation Incubator of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak was formed.

 

Since the beginning of 2025, he has been part of the project team on the professional project "Communities Together", which is supported by the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), which relates to the expansion of the capacity and upgrade of the existing solar power plant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak.

 

Since March 2025, as a member of the project team and startup mentor, he has been engaged in the project Innovation Incubators - Program for the Formation and Development of Innovation Incubators in Scientific and Research Organizations, which is supported by the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia, within which the capacities and activities of the Innovation Incubator of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak are further developed.
