MECHATRONICS

Degree upon completion of studies:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechatronics

Duration and scope of studies:
4 years, 240 ECTS

Admission exam:
Power and Computer Engineering or Physics or Mathematics

Summary of the program:
The Mechatronics study program focuses on educating engineers in the field of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering. The study targets multidisciplinary knowledge necessary for successful academic and professional work which is in line with the trends and needs imposed by modern Industry. The study program is established at the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, one of the first of its kind in Serbia. It has a tradition spanning over 30 years, with continuous monitoring of modern industry trends, according to which the study program is being innovated. Having completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, our students become competent mechanical engineers within European and global frameworks.

Why study Mechatronics Program:
• Because we continuously innovate our study programs in accordance with modern trends in mechanical engineering
• Because Mechatronics engineers become multidisciplinary professionals
• Because our graduates acquire knowledge in diverse engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, computer engineering and information technology), which enables them to work in various branches of the industry
• Because we enable students to think critically and solve engineering challenges
• Because it offers a wide range of employment opportunities in various local and prestigious international companies
